We believe high quality products need a high quality service and therefore we have partnered with DHL to provide the best shipping experience possible. 

We currently ship to the UK and USA only.

Our policies are as follows:

Shipping Timelines

  • DHL Express - UK - next day priority service on all orders, from item dispatch.
  • DHL Express - USA/International - 1-3 days on all orders, from item dispatch.
    • We aim to ship orders the following business day in most cases. 
    • Orders placed on a Friday, on weekends or holiday periods will be shipped on the next full working day. 

    Orders

    • UK and USA based customers benefit from free delivery, however will be charged for returning unwanted items (see returns section below). 
    • After dispatch all customers will be provided with a tracking number and can view/change delivery dates to suit availability. 

      Duties

      • All duties and fees are covered by us for orders under $800.
      Returns
      • To return an item please email us at info@ragolondon.com or complete the returns form here
      • The DHL shipment service will be used for returns.
      • UK based customers will be charged for returns at a fee of £3.99. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.  
      • USA based customers will be charged for returns at a fee of $13.99. This will be deducted from the refunded amount.

      Terms of Returns

      • Shoes must be returned in unused and original condition.
      • We recommend trying the shoes on a carpet to ensure the outer sole does not get worn, marked or damaged.
      • Shoes that are returned to us with creased leather or marked soles will not be eligible for a refund.
      • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods.
      • All other items provided as part of the purchase must be returned. This includes the box and accessories. A re-stocking fee of £5/$8 will be applied if items are missing from the return order.

      Refunds

      • RAGO London has the right to reject a refund request if the items are not in a sellable condition. Please try on our shoes with care.
      • Once items are returned and checked, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.

      Exchanges

      • Currently all exchanges are treated as returns and therefore a new order has to be placed.
